Sligo Surf Experience is Seamus McGoldrick’s surf school based in Strandhill, Co. Sligo.
He wanted a logo designed for his brand that was clean, sharp but incorporated the mystical nature of Sligo and Strandhill. So I fused the fun energy of surfing with Strandhill’s main landmark, Queen Maeve’s grave, in my design.
The logo was designed for display on his van, on clothing and on other printed material.
He later hired me to create a new logo for his “Ocean Warrior” kids surf camps. He wanted it to relate to the original logo but have a more kid-centric vibe.
